Control system

The Omron PLC control module is adopted, in combination with the servo system, to achieve precise control throughout the entire process of voltage increase and decrease.
1. It adopts a 10-inch full-color touch screen produced by OMRON. When fingers touch the screen buttons, the system responds quickly and is more in line with the operation habits of personnel.
2. The human-machine interface is friendly and friendly, with convenient parameter setting and easy viewing. The pressing process curve can be directly viewed on the interface, and the pressing data can also be exported to a PC via a USB flash drive for viewing and storage.
3. The membrane switch is attached to the surface of the control cabinet and features a graphical design with lights, making it easy to understand.
4. The core oil pump motor set is preferably equipped with servo pumps and matching control motors, which can precisely control the pressure rise and fall process. The operation process is quiet and stable, and the energy consumption is also much lower than that of traditional oil pump motor sets.
The process parameters can be set as follows:

Security guarantee
To ensure the safe operation of the press, multiple safety protection devices are installed on the press.
1. Manual pressure relief valve. In case of emergency or malfunction, this valve can be manually opened for pressure relief protection of the press. Only after it is closed can the pressure be raised again.
2. The hydraulic system has a preset pressure value. Once the preset pressure value is exceeded, the relief valve will automatically overflow.
3. Pressure sensors and electrical control systems. When the working pressure exceeds the preset pressure value, the electrical control system automatically stops the operation of the pressure-increasing system.
4. The control cabinet is equipped with a stop button for operation. Once started, the press can be stopped in the middle of any working stage
5. Interlocking of electrical control programs. The press operates strictly in accordance with the working procedures. If the previous procedure is not completed or a fault occurs, the next procedure cannot be carried out and a fault information will be sent. Only after the fault is eliminated can the next procedure be continued.
