300MPa High Pressure Cold Isostatic Press Machine
Introduction
This ultra-high pressure equipment features a pre-stressed steel wire-wound composite frame, a pre-stressed steel wire-wound working cylinder, and a floating end cover. Its design and manufacturing comply with the standard "JB/T 7348-2005 Steel Wire-Wound Cold Isostatic Press." The equipment is primarily used in the powder metallurgy industry, including applications in refractory materials and ceramics, employing the wet-bag dry molding method.
Cold Isostatic Press: It is a powder forming equipment operating under ultra-high pressure conditions. Typically, rubber or plastic is used as the mold material, and liquid serves as the pressure-transmitting medium. This applies equal pressure in all directions to the powder billet, forming it into a predetermined shape, thereby providing a billet for subsequent processes such as sintering, forging, or hot isostatic pressing.
Cold Isostatic Press: Due to its ability to achieve high density and excellent material homogeneity in powder raw materials, it is widely used in various industries, including hard alloys, powder metallurgy, high-speed steel, titanium and titanium alloys, refractory materials, graphite, crucibles, ceramics, rare earth permanent magnets, crystals, pharmaceuticals, and food. Products manufactured using a cold isostatic press are highly suitable for machining and can also be used to produce components with particularly complex shapes.
