300MPa Cold Isostatic Press Machine with 300mm Cylinder I.D.
Introduction
This ultra-high pressure equipment incorporates a pre-stressed steel wire-wound composite frame, a pre-stressed steel wire-wound working cylinder, and a floating end cover. Its design and manufacturing adhere to the standard "JB/T 7348-2005 Steel Wire-Wound Cold Isostatic Presses." The equipment is mainly used in powder metallurgy industries such as refractory materials and ceramics, employing the wet-bag dry molding method.
Cold Isostatic Press: It is a powder forming equipment that operates under ultra-high pressure conditions. Typically, rubber or plastic is used as the mold material, and liquid serves as the pressure-transmitting medium. It applies equal pressure in all directions to the powder billet, forming it into a predetermined shape and providing a billet for subsequent processes such as sintering, forging, or hot isostatic pressing.
Cold Isostatic Press: Due to its ability to produce products with high density and excellent material homogeneity from powder raw materials, it is widely used in various industries including hard alloys, powder metallurgy, high-speed steel, titanium and titanium alloys, refractory materials, graphite, crucibles, ceramics, rare earth permanent magnets, crystals, pharmaceuticals, and food. Products manufactured by cold isostatic pressing are highly suitable for machining and can also be used to produce components with particularly complex shapes.
