High Precision 1200℃ Dental Vacuum Porcelain Furnace
Technical Specifications
GWDL High-Temperature Precision Elevator Furnace – as shown in the figure, the control system and furnace chamber are integrated. The furnace lining uses imported German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board.
Heating elements are silicon carbide rods or molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rods. This furnace is specially developed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other compound materials, primarily for laboratories of universities, research institutes, and industrial/mining enterprises.
The control panel is equipped with a touch screen, control power switch, main heating start/stop button, USB interface, elevator switch, and buzzer for easy monitoring of the system's operating status. This product uses reliable integrated circuits, provides a good working environment, and is anti-interference. At maximum temperature, the outer shell temperature is ≤45℃, greatly improving the working environment. Microcomputer program control, programmable temperature profile, fully automatic heating/cooling, and control parameters and programs can be modified during operation – flexible, convenient, and simple to operate.
