Introduction

It has floating pressing to control the molding density of the products effectively, two demoulding modes, protective demoulding and general demoulding, can be chosen. PLC is used in electric control. Adopt Button centralized control, at the same time equipped with mechanical limit device, so as to ensure the consistency of products. It has the characteristics of stability, accuracy and high efficiency. Servo powder molding machine is applicable to inductor magnetic core, powder metallurgy, precision ceramics, cemented carbide, magnetic materials and other industries that need powder molding, especially for multi-step shape of complex products.

1. Upper punch (servo-hydraulic cylinder) + Lower punch (servo-hydraulic cylinder);
2. Upper punch (servo-hydraulic cylinder) + Lower punch (AC servo motor + lead screw linear drive);
3. Upper punch (AC servo motor + lead screw linear drive) + Lower punch (AC servo motor + lead screw linear drive);
Die Structure: 1-up-1-down, 1-up-2-down, 1-up-3-down, 2-up-2-down, 2-up-3-down, 2-up-4-down;
