Laboratory 200℃ HIP Hot Isostatic Pressing Machine
Introduction
The difference between warm isostatic pressing and cold isostatic pressing is that warm isostatic pressing densifies powder materials by applying high pressure at a certain temperature (less than 300 degrees Celsius), which better eliminates the micro-pores of the powder and achieves better density and physical properties than cold isostatic pressing. The isostatic press of our company is mainly used as an isostatic pressing equipment for obtaining solid green bodies from powder materials under high pressure and high pressure. For example: the molding of electronic, ceramic, graphite, polyamide rubber materials, etc.
Human-machine interface
1. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC and Weilun screen (special requirements can specify the brand), with fully automatic one-click operation. After touching the keys on the screen with a finger, the system responds quickly.
2. The human-machine interface is friendly and user-friendly, making it easy to master how to set working parameters.
3. It has powerful data recording and display functions.
4. The stainless steel panel is attached to the surface of the control cabinet, featuring a graphical design that is easy to understand.
