High Temperature CIM Debinding & Sintering Integrated 1300℃ Furnace
Introduction
This furnace is primarily designed for the integrated debinding and pre-sintering processes of fine ceramic components made from aluminum nitride (AlN), silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), alumina (Al₂O₃), zirconia (ZrO₂), and dielectric ceramics. It is also suitable for the binder removal, pre-sintering, and sintering processes of ceramic powders, magnetic materials, LTCC, MLCC, NTC, NFC, ceramic cores, and other electronic components.
The furnace adopts a unique thermal field control method, which achieves excellent temperature uniformity during both low-temperature debinding and high-temperature pre-sintering, ensuring the precise thermal environment required for both process stages.
