Introduction
The 500°C high-temperature hot press is specifically developed and designed for the high-temperature hot pressing and molding of Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK). This 500°C hot press is suitable for the development and testing of hot pressing molding processes for various composite materials and new materials in the 300-500°C range, such as fiber-reinforced materials including PA, PPS, PI, and PEEK.

The high-temperature hot press utilizes military-grade high-temperature resistant materials for the hot plates, which are precision-ground to ensure good creep resistance under prolonged exposure to 600-800°C high temperatures. Heating is achieved using imported alloy electric heating tubes for rapid temperature increase.
