Equipment Overview

The vacuum graphite debinding & sintering furnace is a high-end heat treatment equipment specially designed for Metal Injection Molding (MIM), Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) and other processes. It integrates debinding (binder removal) and sintering in one, suitable for the preparation of high-precision and high-performance materials.

  • Controllable high vacuum/atmosphere environment: Vacuum environment prevents oxidation and improves material purity; introducing gas enhances sintering strength.
