This series 1200℃ high-vacuum tube furnace integrates the control system and furnace chamber into one unit. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material.
It adopts high-temperature alloy resistance wire as the heating element. This special equipment is specially developed for sintering, melting, analysis and small-batch production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other compound materials in laboratories of institutions of higher learning, research institutes as well as industrial and mining enterprises.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, main power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter and computer interface for real-time monitoring of the system operating status. The product adopts reliable integrated circuits with good environmental adaptability and strong anti-interference capability. The surface temperature of the furnace shell is ≤45℃ at the maximum working temperature, greatly optimizing the working environment. It adopts microcomputer program control with programmable curve, fully automatic temperature rise and cooling. Temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, featuring high flexibility and simple operation.
Temperature control accuracy: ≤±1℃ without overshoot; Constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. Fast heating rate with a maximum nonlinear heating rate of ≤15℃/min.
The entire furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina material, featuring high service temperature, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, no cracking, no slag shedding and superior thermal insulation performance (energy saving efficiency over 60% compared with traditional electric furnaces). With a reasonable double-layer furnace shell structure and air cooling heat dissipation, it greatly shortens the test cycle.
