YST-500T type machine is a large-scale tablet press newly developed by our factory. It can press granular and powdered raw materials into various common and special-shaped tablets. It is suitable for pressing large-scale products with high density requirements. At the same time, it can produce multiple tablets in one mold and is applicable to large-scale production industries. All actions are controlled by a microcomputer PLC and operate continuously and automatically. The pressing time, pressure and product thickness can be appropriately adjusted. Ensure stable product pressure, consistent density and small dimensional error.
The entire hydraulic system adopts imported hydraulic components, which ensures higher stability and avoids problems such as oil leakage, easy oil dirtiness, insufficient pressure, and asynchronous and continuous actions. The working part and the hydraulic system part are separated and independent, causing no pollution. It features automatic heat dissipation, reducing equipment wear and tear.
