Heating Element

U-shaped equal-diameter silicon carbide (SiC) rods, made of high-purity α-SiC as the core raw material. As non-metallic high-temperature electric heating elements, SiC rods feature fast heating, high thermal efficiency, long service life, low deformation at high temperatures, easy installation, maintenance and operation, and a maximum service temperature up to 1500°C.

Furnace Body

Fabricated by CNC machining, followed by polishing, grinding, acid washing, phosphating, plastic powder spraying and high-temperature baking. Featuring novel and elegant appearance, oxidation resistance, acid & alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and easy cleaning.

Furnace Body Structure

Double-layer air-cooled structure with air guide baffles inside. Cold air circulates around the furnace shell, then cools the conductive terminals of heating elements before exhaust, preventing high-temperature oxidation of conductive terminals and ensuring a comfortable working environment.

Furnace Door Opening Mode

180° axial side opening, 360° rotatable door to avoid arm burns from hot inner wall during high-temperature material retrieval. Stainless steel spring lock fitted at the bottom of the door for tight sealing. Spring elasticity absorbs thermal expansion of refractory materials, allowing free thermal expansion & contraction while maintaining reliable sealing.

Refractory Lining

Vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material. Lightweight hollow sphere alumina plates applied to frequently touched areas (furnace mouth, furnace bottom). High service temperature, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation; energy efficiency exceeds 80% of traditional furnaces.

Protection System

Integrated modular control unit with precise temperature control. Dual-loop control & dual-loop protection design, supporting protection against overshoot, under-temperature, thermocouple breakage, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback and soft start.

Control System

Closed-loop thyristor module trigger control with phase-shift triggering. Continuously adjustable output voltage, current and power, supporting constant voltage, constant current or constant power modes. Current loop as inner loop, voltage loop as outer loop. When sudden load is applied or load current exceeds limit, output current of regulator is capped within rated range to protect regulator and heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact, delivering stable output and high control accuracy.

Temperature Curve Programming

Intelligent temperature controller with standard PID, artificial intelligence APID and MPT multiple regulation modes. Auto-tuning & self-learning functions eliminate temperature overshoot and undershoot. Supports 30-segment programmable temperature ramps with arbitrary heating/cooling slopes. Built-in jump/cycle, run, pause and stop programmable commands; program parameters can be modified during operation. AI curve fitting algorithm delivers smooth temperature curves.

Multi-Curve Storage

30-segment total capacity: 1 full curve (30 segments), 2 curves (14 segments each), 3 curves (9 segments each), 5 curves (5 segments each). Multiple curves can be stored and called at will.
