Main Features

• The heating chamber is equipped with a combined silicon carbide flow-guide muffle, enabling forced circulation of furnace atmosphere to ensure uniform temperature and atmosphere distribution. The high-load-bearing flat-bottom silicon carbide furnace bottom plate greatly reduces deformation and wear of the material trays and extends their service life.

• Dual-channel program controller for temperature and carbon potential is adopted to automatically control the temperature and carbon potential inside the furnace. The heating chamber is fitted with high-power heaters, whose power is controlled by an intelligent silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) power regulator. Transformers are used for voltage reduction to prolong the service life of the heaters.

• An explosion-proof device is installed on the top of the quenching chamber, which significantly improves the safety performance of the equipment.

• High-power, large-flow water-cooled split-type circulating fan assembly. The motor and fan shaft are driven by a belt, which enhances the cooling effect of the fan, extends the service life of the motor, and reduces maintenance costs.

• Four symmetrical quenching oil bath agitators driven by variable-frequency motors ensure more uniform cooling. The adjustable motor speed meets the requirements for quenching deformation control of workpieces.
