Structural Performance Characteristics
This machine consists of the main unit, hydraulic system, and electrical control system, interconnected via pipelines and electrical wiring to form a complete unit. The main unit includes the frame, main cylinder, upper press head, and stroke limiting device. The hydraulic system comprises solenoid valves, integrated oil circuits, pump units, and an oil tank. The electrical control system consists of an operation panel and various control components. The structure and functions of each part are described as follows:
1. Frame Composition:
Composed of a C-frame and cylinders. The frame adopts a C-shaped single-column structure, fully welded with CO2-shielded steel plates. After welding, the frame undergoes vibration aging treatment to ensure excellent long-term precision retention. The press head is connected to the piston rod of the main cylinder via threads. The worktable surface is machined with T-slots for easy mold installation. The frame is capable of withstanding offset loads, offers good rigidity, and features an aesthetically pleasing design. It is optimized using specialized computer design programs to ensure a rational structure.
2. Main Cylinder:
The main cylinder is a piston cylinder, securely fixed in the upper beam hole of the frame via the cylinder body shoulder. The inner surface of the cylinder is honed, and the piston rod surface is precision-machined. The sealing elements of the cylinder ensure reliable performance. The lower end of the piston is securely connected to the press head via a flange.
3. Stroke Limiting Device:
Located on the right side of the main unit frame, the stroke limiting device consists of a bracket, stopper blocks, and limit switches. The bracket is fixed to the frame, and the limit switches control the upper and lower extreme positions. Adjusting these positions regulates the vertical movement range of the press head.
4. Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic system generates and distributes working fluid, working in conjunction with the electrical system to achieve electro-hydraulic control of the machine. It meets the operational requirements of the machine. The oil tank is positioned at the rear of the machine and is equipped with an oil temperature gauge for monitoring oil level and measuring oil temperature.
5. Electrical Control:
A centralized, independently controlled operation panel is used, featuring mode selection switches and relevant buttons for operational settings.
